Went on a road trip to sleepy (which Gastrodamus quickly learned is an euphemism for “boring”) Naples. Stopped into an organic and mostly vegan ice cream shop called Adelheidi’s Organic Sweets and had a scoop of refreshing strawberry basil sorbet and pear rosemary sorbet. Gastrodamus was a bit too eager with the pear rosemary which he burped up the rest of the trip with a grimace. -Braised Bombshell
