Spent the weekend bar hopping, then in blur of it all ended up at La Gloutonnerie where I discovered my love for muddling the shit out of flowers into my cocktails. Case in point: Rose 75. The house makes it own rose reduction for this bubbly take on mimosa and then delicately drowns a hibiscus flower in it. Yes, I ate the flower. Like a feral muppet.
