Found a little French restaurant in the Jewish Quarter of Prague, Josefov, where I ordered Indonesian fried rice. Too many layers of irony going on here but all you have to know is that it was astoundingly delicious and the light coconut milk flavor was a surprising treat. I usually want to strangle coconut milk in things or fight the urge to remilk it back into the coconut.  -Braised Bombshell
