Gastrodamus and I stopped by a brand spanking new Greek restaurant, Egg & Dart, this weekend and I finally set aside my laziness to post for y’all. Don’t ask me what on earth eggs or darts have to do with Greece ‘cause I ain’t gotta helluvah clue, but their octopus - though a bit overcooked and thus tough - had a nice smoky taste to it. -Braised Bombshell
