Having hit the wall of boredom for chicken breast and turkey I got a bit adventurous and bought Italian sausage (chicken meat, since I’m pork and beef impaired). I had never ever cooked this in my life, but after throwing them on the skillet I realized just how damn easy it was to cook them.
