Whip It Good
Ahh the art of kitchen experiments and home recipes. The blender splatter, the broiler gone mad, the smoke alarm detections, the sliced finger, the overly salted roast, the under salted stew, the deflated souffle… BVSC has been there, kitchen mitten on one hand and boiling pot burning through the other bare hand. It make us human, it makes us chemists, it makes us culinary-curious, and we love every second of it.
